Shipping & Handling:

All Parcels are discreetly wrapped in secure packaging with no identification of the contents - after all once you have kindly entrusted us with your personal order its nobody else's business except ours and yours. We do not state "Private & Confidential" on your parcel because some customers felt this drew attention to the contents, but it you want us to put this on your parcel because it is being delivered to your place of work we can do it! If you would like your address to be hand-written i.e. Aunt Jane, Uncle Jack etc. - we will happily do this for you. If it is safe to leave a parcel in your garage or porch etc. then please tell us and we will put this on your parcel to make delivery quicker and save the Postie another call! Our parcels are sent via the Royal Mail.

Overseas Orders - Customs Declarations:

Some overseas countries require a Customs Declaration with every parcel. To maintain your privacy we describe vibrators as a "Plastic Toy", Lingerie as "Clothing". A customs declaration is not required for Europe & the UK.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We have supplies from all over the world arriving on a daily basis so if by chance we do not have your item; it is usually only a few days before we can complete your order. We carry a huge range of stock at any one time and maintain healthy stock levels ensuring you the speed and efficiency you have come to expect from . You will only be charged once for postage and packing, and NOT charged postage on back orders. If any item is put on back order for you, you will not be charged for this item until we send it to you.

Our contract to you

When you place an order to purchase a product from , we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to be dispatched, do not form part of that contract.


Our 14-day returns guarantee

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. The item/s must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after 14 days.

Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect item:If the item was damaged in transit

- If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return your item.

If the item is defective

- You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please follow the instructions below. Please ensure that you have the correct batteries for your choice and that they have been inserted as per the manufacturers or 's instruction card.

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)

- As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. Send the original item back to us (please follow the instructions below) and we'll make sure you are not charged for it.

How to Return your Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

- fill out the back of the delivery note, giving the reason for the return (including a full description of the fault if the item is defective)

- If you don't have the original delivery slip, include a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your customer number or order number or your name and postcode

- wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)

- send the package post-free to the address below:

- please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand

- we will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return - this usually takes no more than 7 days

- for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50

Note: in the event of sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to within 14 days. reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 14 days of the date on which confirms we will issue a replacement.
